Yes, our warehouse and fulfillment facility are in New Jersey and Florida.



  • What is the exchange process?

Please contact our support team at hello@customgiant.co
We will have you ship your product back to us, and we will ship you out the item you wish to exchange. 
If item is engraved, we can only issue a replacement if item is defective and don't issue refunds.

  • Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

If your items have not shipped, we can make changes to your order. 

Please contact our support team within 24 hours at hello@customgiant.co to submit your request.

  • Why did I not receive my tracking number?

If your tracking status is showing as "Pre-Shipment" this means we are currently fulfilling your order. Please allow up 1 to 3 business days for us to fulfill your order before we ship it out. Each item are made by hand by our team. Additionally, please note, our fulfillment team doesn't work on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Do you offer overnight/express shipping?

At this time, we do not offer overnight/express shipping.

  • How long will it take to receive my Custom Giant order?


The estimated arrival dates are shown next to each of our products when you purchase. It usually takes us 1 to 3 business days to fulfill the order and send you a tracking number. We send all shipments via USPS. Our shipments take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to be received depending on USPS package load and your location. You will be able to track your package at all times. If your package is delayed and you have purchase shipping insurance, we invite you to contact them to resolve the issue.

  • Why is my package stuck in transit ?


We send all shipments via USPS or UPS if sent Internationally. In the United States, USPS has been experiencing some delays as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. Certain packages may get delayed and take longer than usual to arrive - our team keeps a close eye to latest USPS updates when estimating package deliveries (for latest updates, please visit USPS operation updates) For all International packages, some packages may get stuck in custom from time to time. Please allow a few business days to see tracking information, if problem persist contact our support team at hello@customgiant.co 

  • What if my package is lost? 

We recommend you purchase shipping insurance which is available when you check-out. If your package hasn't appeared within 10 to 20 days, please contact us asap at hello@customgiant.co. If you have purchase shipping insurance, we will start filing a claim for you. If you haven't purchased shipping insurance and it shows as delivered, we recommend you contact your local post office to sort out issue. 

  • What are your payment methods? 

We accept all major credit cards, and also accept Paypal and Amazon Pay.

  • How can you look up my order?

The best way for us to find your order when you contact us is to include your order number - the four digit number found in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order number, we can find your order with the email you used to place the order.   • What if I didn’t receive my confirmation email?
